While we can so easily get sidetracked in perusing the large kitchen appliance catalogues, finding that fridge or oven we've always had our eyes on, selecting the right kind of kitchen light fixtures is also an important part of the renovation or building process.

If your cooking space will also be part of your living space, and possibly be somewhere that is part of your entertaining area, then considering a dimmer option can be a good idea so that you can have the benefit of a high wattage result while preparing and cooking, and then turn it all down low for hiding the after dinner mess, and to increase intimacy.
